Questions or concerns

Once you’ve decided I'm the right singer for you, you can rest assured that your entertainment is in good hands. I’ll be in touch around 3 weeks before the big day to finalise the details, timings, song choices and any other queries you may have. In the run up to your event, you’ll have a dedicated event coordinator from my agency Alive Network who will be more than happy to liaise with you on any issues, questions or concerns.

 At Your Wedding

Arrival, Setup & Sound Check

A standard wedding gig for me starts with my prompt arrival at your venue (usually 5 or 6pm). I load in the equipment, set up and sound check as quickly and discreetly as possible. This usually takes me around 60 minutes.

After The Soundcheck

After I’ve set up and sound checked I will put background music on through my PA system and go to change into my stage clothes. You will need to arrange for the venue to provide me with a secure changing room (not the toilets), and your catering to provide me with a hot meal and soft drinks/tea/coffee. This is standard for all wedding bookings for any act. If I can't eat before the first set (EG: the event is behind schedule and we need to perform right away) - then I'll eat during my first break.

1st Live Set

After my first live set, I'll take a break and for weddings this is the ideal time to serve the buffet. During this time I'll leave a play list of carefully chosen music running in the background through my PA system. If you choose my DJ upgrade option, I will run the DJ rig and be on hand to take requests and make announcements.

First Dance

Due to schedules often slipping out on the day, I will liaise with you or the event manager at your venue to confirm the timing of your first dance. I will be ready to DJ your chosen track or perform it if possible (if arranged in advance).

2nd Live Set & End Of The Night

After our second live performance, if I have finished before midnight, I will provide background music until midnight (unless you've selected a later finish upgrade). Only after my official contracted finish time will I pack my equipment down. I will do this as quickly and discretely as possible - which usually takes around 1 hour.

I understand how important the evening entertainment is in capping off an already perfect day. I am proud of the level of service I have provided to countless satisfied clients but don’t just take my word for it, check out my recent testimonials below.
